Good health can be maintained by working with you, the owner, throughout the lifetime of your pet.
For peace of mind we recommend regular annual healthchecks to keep your pet healthy through all life stages (Junior, Adult and Senior). At each annual Health Check we will give a thorough clinical examination, a booster vaccination, discuss flea and worm control and give general advice on your pet's wellbeing.

Client Care
We are constantly looking for ways to improve the non-clinical services we provide, obtaining feedback from you and listening to your needs. At Abivale, we wish to exceed our clients expectations in the service we provide.

Consultations

•   Our consultations are by appointment only
•   Available 7 days a week
•   If at all possible, all consultations are with the same vet throughout the teatment period.
•   Continuity of treatment is important to us, as we know it is to you

 
Surgical Procedures

•   Routine surgery performed Monday to Friday
•   At weekends and out of hours, emergency surgery only.

 
Home Visits
We are happy to visit, but we would prefer to see your pet at the Surgery

24 hour Emergency Cover
Abingdon Animal Hospital receives all our out of hours emergencies. In an emergency please telephone your usual Surgery. A profesional answering service will arrange for the Duty Veterinary Surgeon to respond to your call.

•   24 hour emergency cover available everyday of the year
•   A nurse resident at the Hospital 24 hours a day, 365 days
  a year.
•   Veterinary surgeon on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
•   All patient records from all Surgeries immediately     accessible to nurse and vet
