Prescriptions cannot be processed on Sundays or Bank Holidays

Please note Occasionally, due to the unavailability of the appropriate licensed drugs for pets, human medicines or alternative veterinary drugs may have to be used for the treatment of your pet/s. These drugs will only be used when deemed appropriate and necessary. If you should have any questions please do not hesitate to ask a member of staff. The practice is happy to inform you of the prices of any medication and to provide you with a private prescription to be dispensed by another Pharmacy. Animals requiring repeat prescriptions should be reassessed by the vet at least every 6 months according to clinical need in order to monitor their progress.

We always check your pet’s records when we receive a repeat prescription request and will let you know if we need to see your pet first.
